Christopher Stevens brings over eighteen years of legal and trial experience to Perez Morris. His focus is on delivering strategic and innovative solutions to complex legal issues. Christopher has a robust background that includes his tenure as Director of Special Counsel at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, where he managed private sector attorneys representing the State of Ohio and maintained critical relationships with various state agencies such as the Ohio Department of Medicaid and the Department of Transportation.

In addition to his legal practice, Christopher is a licensed commercial real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Commercial – Aspire Realty. Since 2015, he has specialized in guiding investors and developers through the intricacies of land acquisition and entitlement, with expertise in retail, office, industrial, and multi-family properties.

Christopher’s trial experience includes serving as a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Health Care Fraud Section, as well as roles as an Assistant City Attorney and Public Defender in Columbus, Ohio. His background in zoning, land use, and environmental law enhances his versatility in both legal and business matters.

Christopher earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Ohio.

Outside of his professional work, Christopher is actively involved in his community and remains engaged with emerging trends in real estate development.
