Chuck Hatch is an attorney in Perez Morris’ Toledo, Ohio office where he manages all aspects of litigation and serves as trial counsel for the defense of hospitals and healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation, premises, product and general liability claims. Prior to entering private practice, Chuck served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Stacy L. Cook of the Lucas County Common Pleas Court in Lucas County, Ohio. Before joining Perez Morris, Chuck gained invaluable litigation experience from another Toledo-based law firm.
Chuck values his role as a zealous advocate and trial attorney, as well as a counselor to discuss all matters relative to risk reduction, alternative dispute resolution and proactive approaches to reduce litigation and the costs associated with the same, coupled with an emphasis on an excellent attorney-client relationship.
Chuck graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law with his Juris Doctor. While there, he excelled as a member of the International Moot Court Team where he participated in the International Beijing Foreign Studies University-Wanhuida Cup Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition.
Chuck resides in Monroe, Michigan with his wife, Alexis, and two daughters.
