Cynthia K. Curtin is an experienced trial attorney who represents national insurance carriers and retailers, defending actions in personal injury, premises liability, and products liability. In addition to her work in litigation, she handles SIU (Special Investigative Unit) matters, conducts EUO’s (Examination Under Oath), provides coverage analysis, and offers legal opinions. Prior to joining Perez Morris, Cynthia managed her own certified woman owned litigation law firm for twenty years. Before transitioning to law, Cynthia worked in the banking sector.
Cynthia is an active participant in her community. She was a candidate for Summit County Council in Ohio and served as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Hudson Planning Commission in Hudson, Ohio. Cynthia has also been involved in fundraising activities for several local institutions, including Seton Catholic School, Western Reserve Academy, and Children’s Ballet Theatre.
Outside of the law, Cynthia enjoys reading spy novels, watching collegiate sports, and spending time with her family.
