Justin Chapman applies his extensive experience to effectively handle diverse legal challenges, ranging from business disputes and coverage-related issues to professional liability cases, ensuring comprehensive solutions for each client. He excels in representing professionals and businesses in complex litigation matters. Justin is adept at navigating legal disputes, with clear communication and a calm approach in high-pressure situations.

Justin takes particular interest in understanding the profound impact that professional liability matters have on his clients’ professional lives. He guides clients to favorable outcomes, leveraging his ability to distill complex legal issues into understandable terms. Justin has represented businesses, musicians, and other creators/entertainers in connection with a variety of transactions for over a decade. Prior to joining Perez Morris, Justin was a partner at a national coverage and litigation defense law firm, and worked for an insurance company in the professional liability claims department. He also serves as an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

An active participant in his community, Justin has been involved in pro bono work through Philadelphia VIP, the Homeless Advocacy Project, and the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. Outside of work, Justin enjoys music, sports, film, comedy and spending time with his wife and children.
