Kathleen A. Nitschke has twenty years of experience representing corporations, financial institutions and other businesses in commercial, real estate and probate matters. Kathleen joined Perez Morris’s Cleveland office in 2022, where her practice focuses on business litigation, financial services litigation, real estate and transactions. In addition, Kathleen is an experienced Title IX investigator for colleges and universities. A seasoned strategist, Kathleen finds creative solutions to complicated legal issues involving uncharted areas of the law.
Prior to joining Perez Morris, Kathleen was an attorney at women-owned Cleveland law firm, Giffen & Kaminski, where she regularly handled a variety of litigation and transactional matters for financial institutions, insurance companies, and other commercial enterprises.
Kathleen is passionate about mentoring young attorneys and is an active leader in Cleveland and the broader legal community. She serves as the Co-chair of the Financial Services Practice Area Committee of the National Association of Minority and Women-Owned Law Firms, and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
Kathleen is a frequent speaker on real estate, probate, and commercial litigation.
