She has also provided counsel and representation before the Ohio State Boards of Medicine, Nursing, Dentistry, and Pharmacy, helping clients navigate regulatory and disciplinary issues with ease.

Kristen’s prior experience includes serving as an attorney development officer, where she created and led initiatives to support junior attorneys through mentorship, training, evaluations, and development opportunities.
