At Perez Morris, we have a longstanding and robust Creditors’ Rights practice, which assists our clients in all aspects of the collections effort with respect to the bankruptcy process. We routinely file proof of claims in bankruptcy proceedings to, at a minimum, secure our clients’ place in line as bankruptcy matters are carried forward. We zealously recover amounts due and owing to our clients as a result of contractual or other legally binding relationships. As a cost-effective and highly efficient strategy, we regularly utilize non-lawyer teams of collectors who are skilled in skip tracing and the tracking of debtors to ensure that demand letters are received and that collection efforts move as efficiently as possible, all as part of the ultimate objective of targeting and locating as many collectible assets as possible.
