Perez Morris’s Title IX / Civil Rights & Education team provides comprehensive guidance and representation related to the myriad of legal issues facing educational institutions including compliance with Title IX and other applicable federal and state laws. Title IX and Sexual Discrimination and Misconduct – Our team recognizes the continuously changing legal mandates of the U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Justice regarding Title IX.
- Serve as independent and impartial investigators into a variety of sexual misconduct, harassment, sexual assault, student and/or vendor misconduct
- Help develop and facilitate training related to Title IX matters
- Develop guidelines for conducting efficient investigations
- Provide and/or review policies and procedures related to Title IX matters
